The Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to our People & Culture (HR) team. This role is integral to ensuring smooth HR operations across multiple countries, including the UK, Switzerland, Luxembourg, and Germany. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR processes, an understanding of Swiss and international employment practices, and a keen interest in fostering a positive employee experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow and contribute to enhancing our People & Culture initiatives. Fluency in both English and French is required.
Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
- Own and manage global onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for employees across all locations.
- Draft contracts, work references, and other essential HR documents, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Assist with payroll-related coordination across Switzerland, Luxembourg, the UK, and other international locations, working with external payroll providers to ensure accuracy.
- Manage employee benefits programs, liaising with brokers and relevant suppliers to ensure the effective delivery of benefits in multiple locations.
- Assist in administering performance reviews, coordinating training and development programs, and supporting People & Culture initiatives that promote employee engagement and growth.
- Support the implementation of global HR programs and best practices, ensuring alignment with local employment regulations.
- Provide regular HR reports (e.g., headcount, attrition rates, etc.) and track key HR metrics.
- Maintain employee records in compliance with global HR practices and local data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).
Must Have:
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proven experience in Human Resources roles; experience in Swiss and international environments is a plus.
- Fluency in both English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HR tools is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and bilingual environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing tasks.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of labor laws, employee benefits, and social insurance systems in the UK, Switzerland, Luxembourg, and Germany.
- A degree or certification in Human Resources or a related business field.
- Experience working in a multinational environment with exposure to diverse country regulations.
