The Role
We are looking for an IT whizz to join our team in Switzerland, our ideal candidate is someone who thrives on solving IT challenges and loves providing exceptional support. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our systems run smoothly so that our team can focus on innovating and shaping the future of space operations.
Responsibilities
- Care for end-user support request through a ticking system.
- Support our application stack – Microsoft 365, Adobe, SolidWorks and other proprietary applications.
- Prepare Windows laptops and Mobile devices for new joiners
- Keep track of IT inventory and ensure it is accurate and up to date.
- Update and maintain technical documentation for the IT department.
- Troubleshoot IT issues and act as 2nd level support, escalate to L3 and ensure timely ticket follow-ups.
- Provide support for network infrastructure – firewalls, switches, access points etc.
- Provide 1st line support for server infrastructure, hardware, management and backups.
- Help implement and maintain security tooling, processes and controls.
Must Have:
- At least 2-3 years in a similar role.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 deployments, 100% cloud-based.
- Experience with ticketing systems and project execution.
- Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 as end-user platforms.
- Good knowledge of Android and IOS for the configuration and support of mobile devices.
- Some experience with server and network technologies.
